Following the leak of the Supreme Court’s draft opinion, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced that the Senate will hold a second vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) tomorrow, May 11th. If enacted, WHPA would protect the right to access abortion care across the country, even if Roe v. Wade is weakened or overturned. The House passed WHPA last September, and now we need the Senate to do the same. Tell your Senators that WHPA can’t wait!
