Whole Woman’s Health Alliance is working to strategically shift the stigma around abortion in our culture.

We are committed to fostering open and honest conversations, lifting up all communities, and transforming the abortion care environment.

Our Clinics

Each of our clinics offers care for women, by women. We treat the whole woman – her body, heart and mind.

Questions about Abortion?

We believe that in order to make a sound decision, a woman must be equipped with accurate information.

Outreach & Education

Our programs are designed to address the shame and stigma surrounding abortion, provide important resources and support those who need abortion care.

We rely on support from the communities we serve in order to keep clinics operating. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help women access the quality abortion care they deserve.

Whole Woman’s Health Alliance is a non-profit organization committed to providing holistic reproductive care for our patients, including abortion care and advocacy to eradicate abortion stigma. We believe every person deserves the compassion, respect, and dignity of being able to safely and legally end a pregnancy.

Our patients choose Whole Woman’s Health Alliance because they know we will put them first. We honor people’s decisions: from the moment a patient walks into our doors, to the moment they walk out, into the next phase of a life transformed because they got the quality care they deserved.

Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, a 501(c)3 organization, is managed by a staff with non-profit experience, governed by an independent board, and benefits from the expertise of Whole Woman’s Health serving as its management company.

"By growing Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, I am redoubling my efforts to change our culture and ensure that we can still provide the support and advocacy that our patients and our community have come to count on."

For Patients in Texas, Roe v. Wade Has Already Fallen

It’s been a long 9 months since SB 8 has been the law of the land in Texas, and the fear and obstacles to receiving abortion care have weighed heavily on patients’ minds.  “I feel like it’s taking away more of women’s rights, their autonomy,” said one patient who made it to Whole Woman’s Health of McAllen 5 weeks and 6 days into her pregnancy, right on the cusp of the legal limit.  It was her second abortion at WWH of McAllen, which is the only abortion provider in the entire Rio Grande Valley. Her first was in 2019 after… […]

Thousands Protested on Saturday: What You Can Do Now

THANK YOU to all of you who showed up at the nearly 400 ‘Bans Off Our Bodies’ rallies this past Saturday. Your voices were heard around the world! We were so proud to stand unified with you, urging the Supreme Court and anti-abortion lawmakers to keep abortion safe, legal, and accessible. As an independent abortion provider, we know that showing up to support abortion is one of the best ways to bust abortion stigma. Stigma thrives in silence and shame, so openly supporting abortion, people who have abortions, and those who provide abortions can go a long way in changing how our culture… […]
